The following is a duplicate of a post I made 5 hours ago from the office
where I use DSL. I guess the experiments I made to see how much setup info
could be removed from the new arachne.cfg prove I can't send mail without
certain info that I thought the router would provide. :((

True, they are external to DOS, but very useful and Arachne needs MEM.
I find the bootable Arachnes of Glenn and W0rm to be too spartan for me.
I need a completely useable system so I include ALL the normal and
essential (to me) DOS extensions - like my favorite editor and other
stuff that may be needed to service or duplicate the bootable system.
