If you can connect to the ISP with Arachne you should be able to
pick up your mail. When an ISP says "we don't support DOS" what
they mean is that they know nothing about DOS Internet software.
That should not be surprising as you may very well be the only
customer of theirs using DOS software.
If you can be more specific about your mailbox problem, I'm
sure someone here can help you.
