I really don't know what I am doing wrong but I still can't get Links to
function properly. My modem is dialing up and I get connected but when
I type in a url (tried both number and address) the modem lights just
sit there and maybe every so often one flickers. I never get to the
site. I am going to try another modem. My 56k modem is working fine
for Arachne and Nettamer and everything else. When I first tried
Baslinux I had the 28.8k modem hooked up and was using a laptop. I
can't believe that this would be my problem but I am going to give it
try.
