In my opinion the posting of very small binaries should be allowed.  A
size limitation of about 10 KB ought to be imposed.  In the future all
messages sent to the list should be scanned for virii before becoming
available for download by list members.  I hope this could be arranged
and I hope my fellow list members might agree with me on this proposal.
