The "Combatting Terrorism Act of 2001" allows our
government to completely ignore any and all privacy
considerations. If you do it online, the gov't can
now monitor without a warrant.

P.S. This URL crashes Linux Arachne 4.1.66.
GGI Arachne downloads ~130K and then disappears off
the desktop... no error message.
SVGALIB Arachne also seg-faults with a message of
"Console switched to raw input mode
svgalib: Signal 11: Segmentation fault received."
