Many thanks Steven, this sure did the trick...
There is even video at the 'phono' connector too.

But there is still a little problem.
The interlining of the video does not to be OK... only 312.5 lines are
written instead of 625 at the PAL-standard monitor.
This means CGA is not fully compatable with PAL color TV standard.
A normal video picture is very beatifully displayed on this 'monitor'.
