Absolutely not! They (AutoDesk) have even discontinued support for R12 and R13 and have announced that they will discontinue support for R14 on January 1st, IIRC. A lot of AutoCad users are very unhappy about this and are letting AutoDesk know in no uncertain terms. Upgrading to newer versions requires new computers, more memory, retraining, etc., and companies with large numbers of AutoCad seats are reluctant to invest in this uncertain economy.
