I tried this from DOS Lynx386, the result didn't show the OS since that is not part of the User-Agent string in Lynx. I tried with Arachne 1.70;rev.3 and got something interesting, it even showed the page I had linked from but that was wrong. That was the page last visited in the previous session with Arachne, but no link to http://www.washington.edu/imapd/index.htm
Here is what I got <html> <head> <title>URL Not Found</title> </head> <body bgcolor='#ffffff'> <h1>URL Not Found</h1> <B>http://www.washington.edu/imapd/index.htm</B> was not found or is no longer on this server.<P> You reached this URL from a link on <A HREF="http://chili.rt66.com/hrbmoore/ManualsMM/herb_chart.html">http://chili.rt66.com/hrbmoore/ManualsMM/herb_chart.html</A>. You might try using your browser's Reload (or Refresh) button on that page in case the link has changed. If you are still getting this error after a reload, please notify the maintainer of that page notifying them of the invalid link. <hr> <B>http://www.washington.edu/imapd/index.htm</B><br> dial1-38.bluegrass.net (208.147.34.38)<br> xChaos_Arachne/4.1.70;rev.3 (DOS x86;WATTCP/1.05; 800x600,HiColor; www.arachne.cz)<br> www2:14266<br> 14-Oct-2001 2:19:32am </body> </html>
