Windows 3.11 still is. What you are asking is for someone to violate that law and you would be in possession of stolen property. Windows 3.11 is available on eBay and other auction sites and is still available from some retailers. Cost for a new version should be no more than $50. You should be able to buy a used version on eBay for $10-$15. You have to decide whether you will violate the law or not. Whether Microsoft is bad or good makes no difference. It's up to you. But please don't ask others in a public forum to violate laws. At the very least, it's impolite. HTH Tom
