You're right. And they also check presence and version of JavaScript. And,
since that sentence about frames is located inside NOSCRIPT tag, they assume
that every frame-capable browser should also understand JavaScript.

I think masquerade won't help us much with www.rotterdam.nl, since there is no
Flash for DOS anyway.

But the example is really good. Exactly what I've asked for.
We see now what Arachne JS should support.

*) fake (or real) browser manufacturer and operating system
*) plug-in names read through APM API (and www.rotterdam.nl should detect the
absence of Flash, and offer a Flash APM ;-)) )
*) automatic redirection to a relative URL
*) C++ standard "?" operator
