You're right. And they also check presence and version of JavaScript. And, since that sentence about frames is located inside NOSCRIPT tag, they assume that every frame-capable browser should also understand JavaScript. I think masquerade won't help us much with www.rotterdam.nl, since there is no Flash for DOS anyway. But the example is really good. Exactly what I've asked for.
