Forget the paper. 1) Press the letter D on your keyboard. 2) link to "profile" 3) change the name if you need to (must use .ACF as extension) 4) link to "save profile" To get it back again after it's been corrupted.... 1) D 2) ACF profiles 3) new-name.acf That's it.
