Dear List and Binky:
For some unknown reason, many of my Arachne list mails do
end in this umlauted character. This has been going on for some time
and I cannot readily determine it's cause. I assure you, the client
is Insight in Arachne. I have not written any messages to the List
with the newest Arachne and it's Insight, so I cannot comment on that
"bug" if there is one. I think the problem may be related to my
computer here, which has one small sector of the hard drive with
a bad cluster. Perhaps that is the reason the RAM writes this
odd character in DOS. I really can't say. I am not entirely sure
what keystrokes you used to duplicate this character, I would like to
know.
