Probably not. It is a bit distressing to find that some things are not
as they should (best) be. Try this:
file/testdgi1.dgi >TXT|echo $$1: $1>$2\necho $$2: $2>>$2\n
                  echo $$a: $a>>$2\necho $$t: $t>>$2\necho $$e: $e>>$2\n

Line broken for email. 
Modify as desired. Call it with a button. You get the idea.;-)
