Dear List:
For some reason, everytime I write a file using the "UUENCODE"
option in Arachne, this odd umlauted character shows up at the
bottom of the e-mail in Insight 3.69. Here's the test: I will
send the List a mail UUENCODED. Then I will send the same one
as MIME. It is really odd. Here goes.
