------------snip and end forwarded message-------------
I went to my online MessageCenter, and looked...sure enough it
WAS arachne-digest @1796....
Of course..it can't hurt ME...<g g g>...so I told the ISP's virii
catching software to "deliver as is"...after I got it down on this
box...I looked at it in Insight (as always). I haven't yet run it
through a complete virii scan/repair...but..
I think it is that/those attachments on a couple of the messages
that have touched off the VirusAlert...
It is strange that an attachment (let alone a virus) made it thru
the Digesting-process on the ArachneServers, but it seems to be
there...
I will work with a copy of the message, and delete different
messages from the copy and resend it to myself each time...when my
ISP's virii-catcher passes it without complaint, I'll know which
message(s) contained the virus(ii)..
......gregy
PS...l.d. I CCed this message to you...for your immediate info..
