Dear folks at Arachne Chat:
Looks like Lynx 2.8.dev 14 with
the new config file worked alright for
AQC. It sure seems a lot better on this
machine than Arachne with the 128 kb
secondary cache {VLB/PCI vid} so I
think the result is similiar to
Stef on Chat who if I can remember
sometimes back had a similiar machine
to mine 486dx 8 megs RAM. I think the
only difference is mine is straight
ISA slots and his has a "real" PCI
bus. Both have the LBA addressing.
Anyone, tell me what is incorrect
with this line of thinking. Arachne
always pulls out of loading chat at
1.2M with "page is too long" on status
line.
