It was a car somebody at Leyland thought Australians "should" want to
buy, but it had very little resemblance to what Australians "did" want
to buy. A pity in some ways, because it had some very good and
innovative engineering in it - it just had no appeal to the market. But
those who did buy one seem to become real enthusiasts. It is a BIG car
by Oz standards.

More than three, I think. Don't forget the Kiwis, South Africa,
Kenya (yes, English is now the official language there), the West
Indies, (and how are you getting along with the Canadians ?) to name but
a few.
And there is always the regional dialects in UK. I can remember
going into a pub in Derbyshire and not understanding a word of any of
the conversations going on around me.
