Well, I found that my Arachne.cfg had no entries for ExpireStatic
and ExpireDynamic, so I selected the minimum values and re-started.

No change, except that the first time I saved this message the "Compose
Screen" border went BLACK.
The second time it was back to going aqua. (cyan)

Now I have deleted the environment variable "TEMP" - which I had added
2 - 3 weeks ago. ARACHNETEMP is still in place.
