That is something I learned (the hard way) a long time ago. And I
actually have more than half a dozen personas (.ACF s), because I have
three ISP accounts, and more than twice that number of email addresses,
as well as accessing an account or two for my wife. (Who uses W98 which
is not so configurable as Arachne, on-the-fly, while online).

One of the first things I checked - anything called from MIME.CFG.

That is done automatically on every boot - using Norton's Disk Doctor
called from my autoexec.bat. :)
Thanks for your help, Clarence. I knew it had to be something like
that, because everything else was running like a Swiss watch. :)
