  Less than 3/4 of a second here.  :-)

  I don't recall exactly when it was, but around 1.68 or 
1.69, Michael layed out the master plan.  Arachne 1.71 was 
to have been a Linux release to address those things.  I 
haven't seen anything from Glenn or Clarence that reassures 
me on that point.  :-/
