Hi, Glenn & others -- Thank you all for helping me get over this little difficulty with the path settings in ARACHNE.CFG.
Arachne and its subdirectories have been reinstalled to my previous C:\TELECOM\ARACHNE\CACHE [etc.] arrangement, and Insight is working normally. The following changes were made: [system] [...unchanged settings omitted...] CachePath .\CACHE\ Cache2TEMP No MailPath .\MAIL\ DownloadPath .\DOWNLOAD\ *Before* I did the above, Arachne (by default, I presume) showed: CachePath CACHE\ Cache2TEMP Yes MailPath MAIL\ DownloadPath DOWNLOAD\ Would it be simpler for ARACHNE.CFG to have ".\" before all of its path entries by default in the automated installation -- or, perhaps, just a note to the user that he/she will need to make the necessary changes in ARACHNE.CFG under Options after the installation?
