I can upload/download to/from my Unix shell account at "http://sdf.lonestar.org" by using any DOS-based FTP program. As I recall, I have also used an FTP program that comes with BasicLinux to upload/download to/from my Unix shell account. I have no idea as to how I could go about uploading/downloading to/from my Unix shell account by using zmodem transfer with a comm program such as Telix. In order to access my Unix shell account I need to be on the internet. How can I do a zmodem transfer with a comm program such as Telix while simultaneously being logged on to the internet? I cannot imagine any way where this might be possible. I know how to do zmodem transfers by using a comm program when I am logged on to a direct dialup BBS, but I don't know how to do zmodem transfers when I am logged on to the internet. Please ezplain how this is done. Sam Heywood -- This mail was written by user of The Arachne Browser - http://arachne.cz/
