Hi John, This page with the bike pictures loads and displays quite nicely with my Trident 8900 card and the old 386 and Arachne 1.71r3. So whatever problem you're having is not an Arachne problem per se, but with some aspect of your particular setup. The "invalid parameter" message shows first and then (after considerable cogitation) the image renders. Why not use regular jpegs instead of sequential ones? I think they would display quicker.
