If it is true that a "New York advertising firm" was hired to produce the 
film, then the name of that firm should be produced.  If the name of the firm 
is, "so secret that nobody can find out the name of the firm," then you can 
bet your bottom dollar that *no* "New York advertising firm" was hired to 
produce a fictional propaganda film and what was depicted was probably what 
was actually happening.
