The reason why meanings of words change in an evolving language is
because people don't learn the correct meanings in the first place. Or
alternatively they want to be "hip" or "cool" by perverting words to
mean something that is initially known only to their particular group.

Evolution of the language should NOT include changes of meaning of
words, but only introduction of new words to express meanings that were
not covered by existing words.

The world seems to have adopted English, so I don't think you'll
convince many people...
