As I advised via private email the Arachne website is no longer up to date regarding Arachne. It recongnizes 1.70r3 as the latest version. Arachne 1.71ue (user edition) was put together without Michal Polak (but with his permission). There are some things he doesn't like about it appearance wise and he hasn't made it an "official version".
