Cascading Style Sheets--a method that website designers use to
fix the graphic look of web pages, sort of a template that gets
repeated.

If you want to enable it there are two methods. (as with most
Arachne features) The advanced user can edit the text file that
controls how Arachne operates--Arachne.cfg or the easy way is to
touch the "O" hotkey and go to the Options page. Click on Preferances
and then check the "Enable CSS" box, then click on "save changes".

Try it, you might like it. There are lots of things to play with
on the "Options" page. The look and feel of Arachne is up to you.
