Hi List, I mentioned the USB-port connection to the digital camera. But, there is another way. You can pull out the memory card off the camera and plug it into a 'reader'. Most card-readers also use USB.
My lap top computer has a PCMIA-slot on the side and there is a memory card reader that fits into the PCMIA-slot. One should be able even to write data to the memory card. But... do I need special drivers for the PCMIA-slot? I have been told this slot is just like an extra hard disk. What is the thruth about this?
