But... that would not even function on Win95 for this needs win98 or higher. And to install win98 just to see the pictures is to much to ask. The trouble is that we have to find a way to install USB-ports if Arachne should be able to run on the latest computers. Last May I installed Arachne at my neighbours to provide a virus free e-mailing on an old pentium I machine. Helas, the system went down because their provider changed something in the log-in procedure. But what? Their main computer, that has to stay free of infections at all costs because all the accounting and banking of their farm is on that machine, uses XP and is doing OK with that provider.
