:21 is the port number.
(most FTP servers use port #21, most HTTP servers use port #80)

IMO,
The evidence is overwhelming.

5 FTP servers, 4 work fine, 1 does not.
The 1 which does not....
Is also the only one that's using MicroSoft FTP server.

2 tests needed to prove me wrong........

1) Find a "non-Microsoft" server that gives us these same problems.
2) Find a MicroSoft server that works correctly.
