This is yet another example of the M$ conspirocy to take over
the WWW (all aspects of it... HTTP, FTP, etc, etc), by re-writing
the 'standards' that have been used for many years.

If your browser, FTP client, email client, etc, etc, does not conform to
the new "M$ standard"... you are barred from visiting that site. :((
