Not true. Please check http://www.opensolaris.org/os/community/arc/leaders/

I suspect that membership changes in LSARC have occurred since the last
CC/C grants were issued -- for example, Alan Coopersmith is not listed
as an LSARC member on the LSARC page, but I'm pretty sure he was one at
one time and has a corresponding grant from the ARC community.

Mark Carlson, Danek Duvall, and John Fischer all have CC grants and are
LSARC members.

LSARC members who don't have current CC grants include:

    anriruddh.dikhit
    arieh.markel
    chris.kasso
    ed.hunter
    jyri.virkki
    lloyd.chambers
    margot.miller

I think we need to update PSARC as well:

    richard.matthews
    sebastien.roy

Need to be granted CC grants as well.

Actually, there is one more item of business. According to the new
rules, each CC grant needs to be given only when the recipient
acknowledges and agrees to discharge his/her duty to participate in
general elections by voting. So its possible that some of the above
individuals might not receive a CC grant.

Therefore, I'd like to receive from *all* ARC members (PSARC or LSARC)
the following:

    * OpenSolaris user id
    * whether you desire a CC grant or not
    * if yes, then a statement to this effect:

"I have read, and agree to sections 3.1 and 4.1 of the OpenSolaris
constitution, and will carry out the responsibilities of a Core
Contributor of the ARC community as outlined therein."

I think the ARC community needs to figure out a regular period when we
issue grants, so that we take a regular snapshot... but I'm not sure
when that should occur.

For now, what I'll do is just arrange for a new grant, or a renewal of
the existing grant, to be given to all of the above members.
