That smells of the Companion to me.  Which makes me wonder why this
stuff isn't using the Companion *now*.  It has a Solaris delivery
model, it has an Indiana delivery model (or could, I guess is more
accurate), and it's a terrifying free-for-all.  Which is exactly what
seems to be wanted, no?
