Right.  The dividing line isn't well defined - on the desktop, X pretty
much straddles it - our cases interfacing with the system, including the
X server itself, usually end up in PSARC, while interfaces X provides to
the desktop usually end up in LSARC, since the desktop software (GNOME,
CDE, Mozilla, etc.) is reviewed by LSARC.    On the server side, things
bundled into the OS are usually PSARC, while unbundled products go to
LSARC or WSARC (the Web Services ARC which mostly covers JES).   Also,
the unbundled developer tools like Sun Studio/NetBeans come to LSARC.
