[arch-dev-public] dhclient is up for grabs

Hi all,

Can someone adopt the dhclient package from me?  It's outdated and I
don't really have the time troubleshoot/patch the latest version, not
to mention I'm not actively using the tool myself.  I  believe it's
popular among the Wicd crowd.
