Hello, I have started work on TeXLive 2013 packaging. I will probably use staging temporarily if needed when releasing to [testing].
Upstream has merged the data files traditionnally packaged in texlive-bin with the ordinary data packages, so I plan to move the "config" files (/etc/texmf) to texlive-core. Texlive-bin will contain almost only executables and a few manpages. Rémy.
