Beside them that are mostly to fix up bugs I would put in you attention the following:

Actually I do not use vpopmail but I plan to switch to qmail soon.

I've patched up a vpopmail that compiles without qmail installed and doesn't require root to build. It also installs in FHS way (yay! debian \o/). The chkuser patch requires vpopmail to be installed, what do we think of this?
