Yes, I'm wondering about the migration path. I use mediawiki here, and I've found it to be very solid and useful. I'm not so sure that the wiki language they use is my favorite, but it does seem to get the job done once you learn it.

So how do we migrate?

Just letting you mailing list'ers know that I setup a mediawiki sandbox.
It might give people a chance to evaluate a MediaWiki setup for
replacing the ailing phpwiki install on {wiki wiki2}.archlinux.org.

I have tweaked the install a bit, and monkeyed with a theme. Let me know
if any of you discover something clearly broken, as it may mean I
misconfigured something.

More on it here: http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?t=12808

Thanks.

Hi,

Nice & clear so far !
Looks like WikiPedia, which is rather good to me :)

I'm looking forward on this.

Would it be easy to replace it? It would be cool if we can add a
single point of search, if we search it will search in the package
list, forum, wiki and point a link to what we would like to see? Isn't
it the best way to find something?

Michel
