For two reasons, I don't like to include it into gimp:
1. Actually gimp sourcees come with a help browser, which would require
libgtkhtml. Contrary to what one would guess from the name, this is a
gnome libraray and hence no option because it is in extra and I don't
wanna make gnome a dependency for gimp.
2. The help sources, and this is the actual reason, are another 18! MB,
and thus nearly twice as big as the gimp package itself. This is far
away from any commensurability. And as long as we can ship the help
seperately we will do it. I mean even the upstream authors make it
two tarballs, I think this is why.
