I think creating a 'standardised' format is really taking it a step
too far, we dont want to be debian. Standardisation is good, but to a
level. Above that, it gets ridiculous.

So long as the message is readable, I really see absolutely no reason
to create a standard format.

However, as for logging, I think that's an excellent idea, as many a
times I have wanted to read an install message, but missed it due to
the amount of packages being upgraded
