Dear Archers,

I switched from Slackware as soon as Arch 0.7 came out in January, and
since then I have been with Arch till now. I live in a remote,
mountainous area, where my dialup is as slow as 28K although I'm using
a 56K modem; however, I was able to keep my system upgraded as often as
possible. After the libtool slay and gcc upgrade, I find it very
difficult to continue the upgrade because I will have to download about
as many as 400 megs of packages. I have been patiently waiting
for the release of 0.7.1, and I do hope it will be available soon.

Thank you.

Best regards,

Heng Bin
