That's great news. As I did with 6.9 RCs, I tried it on two machines. One has no problems, and even with the same xorg.conf file worked great. I even got a great boost in DRI, and the new compositor is just fantastic. The problems are on my laptop. I installed all the packages, and everything is fine, but just for a few minutes. Then, it hangs my machine completely, without any warning. I don't take any particular action that could cause the freeze, it just happens. I don't know where to look, since the freeze is total, and no logs are being written...
