What Rhythm G. means (in case it's not clear) is that if you add
testing to your pacman.conf, pacman will use them in order of
priority.  So put testing below the stable repos, and type the command
above.  You won't get the xorg 7.0 update unless you go seeking it
(which I wouldn't recommend quite yet).

In any case, if you find you want to revert, just pacman -S
mozilla-firefox (without a repo prefix) and it will grab from the
stable repo.
