This would be very nice. The xpi-files for Firefox can be found at http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/1.5/linux-i686/xpi/ and for thunderbird at: http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/thunderbird/releases/1.5/linux-i686/xpi/ For some reasons thunderbird does not like de.xpi and complains about not well-formed xml.
