I'm sorry but I have to use the opportunity :-) - is it ok that package x have so high priority that it is not possible to upgrade anything else (like in my case)? If somebody issued a critical security patch for package y and I did not want to upgrade xorg because of some important reasons, I would not know about the security update because pacman exits just after I say "N" to libgl-dri. It is possible there was no dependency between the packages x and y. I'm aware that the solution might not be trivial, I'm just curious, I could not find anybody else asking the same question, so it seems I'm the only one that needs it - Ignore me then ;-) cheers waldek _______________________________________________ arch mailing list [email protected] http://www.archlinux.org/mailman/listinfo/arch
