I do not think these two errors are the problem starting xorg:

(WW) xf86OpenConsole: Could not save ownership of VT
(WW) xf86OpenConsole: chown /dev/tty0 failed: No such file or directory

I still get these warnings evertyime I run X, but I am able to load x
and kde, and use it just fine.
