Hmm... I tried both tips.
I have no Gnome installed, just a few single programs from Gnome.
I also removed the "XkbOptions" from xorg.conf.
Nothing worked.

BUT:
I don't know how I can explain it to myself.
When I open my urxvt with the "Run"-command from WindowMaker, the keys äöü... 
don't work. But when I then start another urxvt Terminal from within the first, 
they work.

Again, that happend first since the Update to Xorg7.
And can't find an idea how to fix it.
ItŽs not the worth on earth, but if someone has a tip; hej u're welcome.
