Normally threading is done with the In-Reply-To header... So that
shouldn't make a difference... If you use a non-broken email-client this
will work even if you bottom post.

If no such header is present there /could/ be some kind of parsing going
on to sort the mail into the right thread... But I don't know about
that. I know only of subject-sorting as the other alternative.
