Would it be possible to create a way to read a .ebuild or .deb or .rpm to generate a PKGBUILD? I think this could help bringing a lot of packages to Arch. I know some of them are availables through AUR and through the existant developper land but I'm wondering if this would require a lot of work and would give us the possiblity, opportunity to get a list of 10 000 PKGBUILD with minor modifs to use.
This could be a good way to just get what's working and bring it on arch instead of redoing. I know there's a lot of change between a gentoo package, debian package or rpm package, but I'm wondering if that would not be easier instead of just doing stuff again and redoing again ;)
