Ok, I am able to connect to the camera using sudo with the 2.1.6 verion. I was
not able to do this with the 2.1.99-2 version.

This is probably due to the permissions not being set on the /proc/bus/usb
locations.

Is there a way to fix this so the permissions get set in both /dev/bus/usb
AND /proc/bus/usb locations?

Now that I can connect using sudo, I am not too worried, just have to change
the shortcut.

Thanks!!!

Joe
